Minecraft Lord of the Rings – The Awaken Dreams Mod is a mod that is made to go along with The Valar Project’s map. This mod aims to completly recreate Middle Earth in Minecraft. It is a total conversion of the minecraft game. There have been projects that are doing this but this is the first time that a mod has been made. Awaken Dreams is a Lord of the Rings mod (middle earth-mod) there will be in two parts: single player-mod and Multiplayer-mod.

The mod will add over 230 new blocks, over 100 new mobs, over 100 NPC’s, over 150 new weapons & armours, over 150 new items. and add many new feature etc.

How to install Minecraft Lord of the Rings – Awaken Dreams Mod:

• 1. Download the latest version of Forge and this mod.
• 2. Copy all files from forge
• 3. Paste the files into minecraft.jar
• 4. Delete any files in the META-INF folder that start with MOJANG.
• _____ forge should work now
• 4. Download our mod.
• 5. Copy all files in the resources folder and paste them in the folder called resources (in the .minecraft folder. If you have other mods which adds stuff here, you will have to navigate to the files and copy them to there proper spot individually.
• 6. Copy the files from “minecraft” folder and paste them in minecraft .jar except for the cpw folder. Open up the cpw folder in your download and in the minecraft.jar, from there open up the mods folder in both of them. The minecraft.jar should have a folder called FML and your download should have a folder called awakenDreams. Copy the awakenDreams folder into the same place that the FML folder is.
• 7. Go to your config folder in your minecraft folder. Delete the AwakenDreams.cfg if there is one. This step is very important if you wish to go onto the server. If you have made changes to the config, change the name of the file to something else and then run minecraft. The updated config will be generated and then you will have to merge changes manually.
